THE RELEVANCE OF LINE MANAGERS TRAINING

Abstract
The article describes the main challenges for line management, outlined a list of their responsibilities. The substantiation is given the need for training of line managers based on impact their competency on the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. Noting the leaders need for the competence. Defined and explained methods of it’s achieving.
