Abstract
In the budget system of the Russian most of the revenue is redistributed in the Federal Center, so in many constituent entities of the Russian Federation is the issue of the revenue base from its own sources, which are often insufficient to meet the needs of the region. The problem of financing the budget deficit needs to be considered both in terms of the obligations of the federal budget and the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, in need of financial assistance. In the article, suggesting possible ways of increasing the income of the regional budget.
