Abstract
The article presents the strategic analysis, which includes: STEEP-, SWOT, industry analyses, the example companies, leading activities, Chelyabinsk. This analysis allows expert way to determine the significance of the various factors in the environment will determine the strengths and weaknesses of the organization in the competition, its future opportunities for strategic development and threats to this development. On the basis of the analysis can be assessed prospects, the attractiveness of certain economic sectors, territories, markets as strategic areas of management.
