Abstract
The article considers the problems of implementation of innovative technologies in the housing sphere. The most important is the formation of new approaches in building complex of Russia in the context of implementation of the housing policy. Aanalyzes housing policy in Russia aimed at providing citizens affordable and comfortable housing and studies perspectives and risks of housing policy.
