Abstract
Fundamental research found high correlation between the turnover of retail trade and gross domestic product of Russia. Also has found GDP growth slowdown and retail trade turnover. In order to support small and medium-sized businesses developed a method of analysis and management of financial performance sales organizations. Also has developed a system for forecasting indicators, allowing the management of trade organizations to react to the changing economic situation and make strategically correct science-based management decisions.
