FEATURES OF MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN JAPANESE COMPANIES

Abstract
My paper is devoted to features of management in the Japanese companies. Having concerned shortly history of Japan, I considered specifics of Japanese management which is very different from American and European. It seems to me, there should to be a steady interest to this subject, because Japan is the country with very high level of development which was achieved in rather short time. The foundation for this was the Japanese management system . It allows to achieve good results in all spheres of economy. The amount of profit received by the Japanese enterprise should make other countries pay their attention to Japan. But it is necessary to understand that Japanese methods can't be copied in absolutely other social and economic conditions. It is possible only to consider them as an object to follow, carefully reinterpreting. At the heart of Japanese management is the Japanese mentality therefore direct loan of Japanese methods should occur with great caution. "Japan can't be perceived as model which can be copied. It should be used as a mirror in which it is necessary to consider own strong and weaknesses"
