Abstract
How can we make the best decision in a complicated situation - without any exception it is a matter of concern for every company. The process of making a solution is the most important component, that leads company to their main goal. It is a part of a business success as well as the task of any manager. This scientific work is devoted to the important theme of making a decision, but we will not talk about all of existing models and effective methods, which we can use. We will better focus our attention on several methods, especially on SWOT, which is the analysis of any project by the company and on the expert evaluation of his risks, that help us in choosing of the best solution for a company.
