Abstract
This scientific work analyzes the formation of relationships between formal and informal components of the organization. The research and analysis are based on the study of these relationships in the company. In the article special attention is paid to analyzing the impact of the relationship on the overall performance of organizations. In the conclusion the results of the analysis are summarized, the key management strategies to ensuring the effective functioning of the system of communications are identyfied.
