Abstract
The article presents results of business social responsibility the largest chemical companies. Particular attention is paid to its impact on the socio-economic development of the territory. The evaluation results have allowed to reveal a number of problems in the formation of socially responsible corporate behavior and suggest areas that improve the role of Russian business in regional development.
