CARRYING XYZ-ANALYSIS OF COMMODITY GROUPS IN THE FORMATION OF THE COMPANY’S PROCUREMENT PLAN

Abstract
This article focuses on modern marketing tool XYZ-analysis. Research has shown that the effective functioning of economic ties, promote sales growth will contribute to the purchase of product groups, taking into account the classification of the ABC (AiBiCi), the choice of approaches to product groups Materials Management X, Y and Z groups, taking into account the turnover of inventory and service levels that can be combined to select the specific solutions in the field of product procurement for resupply each commodity group. Optimization measures acting on the state of stocks and allow to reduce procurement costs, including through volume discounts, is to determine the optimum size of the order and delivery time.
