Abstract
The activity of any enterprise depends on the effective management of labor resources. Moreover, as practice shows, traditional material methods of stimulating labor activity are not sufficient. It should also be taken into account that in the crisis period, which in recent years is characterized by the economy of the Russian Federation, organizations are suffering financial losses and are not able to allocate additional funds for staff motivation.
In this article, we will consider various innovative methods of material and non-material motivation that affect the management of the labor behavior of personnel.
