Abstract
This article is devoted to the overview of components of a consumer goods basket and analysis of dynamics of development of a subsistence minimum in the Russian Federation in comparison with Chelyabinsk region. The carried-out issledvaniye allows to claim that the List consumer baskets is applied not only for calculation living a minimum, but and for comparisons the prices uses by service or products in different regions, in a current the period determined time, without restrictions amount.
