Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the content and peculiarities of the phenomenon - "human capital" in the conditions of postindustrial society development. There has been a change in market relations under the auspices of the service sector in service relations, which requires an additional comprehension of the priorities and imperatives of an effective enterprise. The world is permeated with the highest technologies designed to reduce the influence of the human factor, but at the same time, psychology as the science as a whole and the specifics of human characteristics in particular come to the forefront.
