THE IMPORTANCE OF HUMAN RESOURCES AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT IN BANKING

Abstract
The concept of human resource management and human resources largely replaced the term "personnel management" as a description of the processes involved in the management banks. Human Resource Management deals with the design of formal systems to ensure the efficient use of human talent in order to achieve strategic objectives. Human resource management implies that the person to take on the work, to give carte blanche to train and develop. In recent years, the concept of knowledge management was discussed and revised several times. Human resource management can make a significant contribution to the development of knowledge management. The effectiveness of personnel management role is to ensure that the bank has the intellectual capital, where needed. The paper put forward suggestions to help departments manage staff in banks to review their own systems and methods for the most effective knowledge management.
