VALUE CONCEPTS OF PERSONNEL AND HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES IN THE BANK

Abstract
The article deals with the development of personnel in terms of interdependence and interrelation with the strategy of personnel management in banks, as well as to determine its place in the strategic management of the bank system. It is proposed to extend the current classification of the existing human resource management strategies by its complement sign of "the main stages of development of the personnel management process" and thus highlight the selection strategy and attraction of personnel and labor adaptation, assessment, training, career development, use and movement, motivation and reduction. We consider the transformation of the main objectives of the strategy management process development personnel in accordance with the bank's strategy, indicating specific strategies and priorities.
