Abstract
Innovative human activity is always linked to the intellectual, in which to create new ideas and means of labor, technology, production and management methods of socio-economic systems. Innovation, knowledge and information are the main factors of production that determine the success of the economic system in the competitive market today. These components characterize the essence of intellectual capital as a new economic category.
