Abstract
The article explores the fundamental causes of the financial crisis of 2008, the authors come to the conclusion that the most important cause is the appearance in the United States subprime loans, leading to the formation of a "financial bubble", whose collapse in the financial system of one State sparked growth problem in financial vector worldwide.
