Abstract
The paper considers the conceptual approaches to the formation of communicative policy of trading companies. Peculiarities of the communicative policy in the enterprises of retail trade, namely retail trade of pharmaceutical goods. Presents the share of domestic and imported drugs in the ED composition. Identified opportunities of communication policy in terms of import of pharmaceutical products.
