Abstract
The study of development of theoretical representations about the content and the regulation of motivational processes in the workplace help define the change of direction as socio-economic development of society from the productivity improvement, i.e. increasing physical activity to improve the quality of labour, to stimulate creative activity. Therefore, this article will consider acquiring a popular methods of motivation are, their features and differences.
