Abstract
Economic security of the electric power industry enterprises is one of the main aspects that creates the characteristics of the enterprises, showing the extent of their protection from internal and external threats and condition of stability of the legal and economic relations in the industry. For today, there is a variant of economic security structure of the modern enterprise exists, which consists of several elements. One of the most important elements is the personnel and intellectual potential. Economic security includes personnel security, represents an internal threat for the financial sphere of the organization. The group of risks associated with personnel factors, particularly dangerous for the economic security of enterprises of power industry.
