Abstract
The article discusses the implementation of innovative approaches and methods in the personnel management system, namely, there are examples of new ways of working with staff in modern organizations identify the most common areas of application innovation, the analysis of the factors preventing the creation and use of innovations based on information and analytical articles on the results of research conducted by RCStudio.
