METHODS OF STRUGGLING AGAINST OPPORTUNISM IN HOSPITALS OF THREE ORGANIZATIONAL FORMS : PUBLIC, PRIVATE COMMERCIAL AND PRIVATE NON-PROFIT

Abstract
The fight against the phenomenon of opportunism, which can be found in each organization and the behavior of each and every individual, it is a tough process. Many employees do not tend to fully perform their duties, which entails a certain economic effects that worsen the situation in the organization. In the case of the medical institution list of consequences of expanding still suffers from opportunism and public health. The paper considers a number of articles that allow to justify a series of actions aimed at solving the problem.
Researchers at the causes of opportunistic behavior put forward a number of possible factors of its appearance, taking advantage of the working methods of questioning employees of medical institutions. Organizational-legal forms of medical clinics are differences in the methods of service delivery, as well as wage workers, which, oddly enough, is the difference in the factors that cause opportunistic behavior. The results are illustrated by a model that allows to draw a conclusion about solving the problem
