Abstract
The article examines the question of the value of energy-saving technologies in construction. Shows the appropriateness of the design of engineering systems for waste management, used in the construction and operation of buildings. The author emphasizes the priority role of energy efficient technologies in the economy at the present stage of development of market relations in Russia.
