Abstract
This article is devoted to the prospects and possibilities of using foreign models cor-porate governance in integrated units of AIC of Belarus at the present stage of their development. It is also justified by the au-thor's position on the application used in the international practice of corporate governance mechanisms to protect the rights and interests of minority shareholders in the current economic conditions.
