Abstract
The article is devoted to the topical issues of the activities of state corporations, high-tech sector. In this work, the functioning of public corporations considered an example Rostec companies operating in priority sectors of the industry and bringing together in a part of the enterprise of mechanical engineering, instrument making and knowledge-intensive sectors, allowing them to develop a common policy of cost optimization and commercialization of technologies.
