Abstract
In recent time, the activities of sellers of tourism products varies significantly expands and becomes more complicated. The author suggests a model of organization of work with clients in the tourism business, developed on the basis of customer- centric approach and the various forms of sales organization, forms of contact with customers and methods of customer service and sales of tourism products.
