Abstract
The crisis has affected the production and have a negative impact on the control system of the individual companies. There is a need for timely adoption of anti-crisis measures at all levels. Many managers avoid proactive and take a wait and see position. The analysis allows management decisions to identify the most appropriate sequence of actions during the crisis.
