Highlighted the relevance of investigate the causes and factors affecting the employee's self-development motivation. Substantiated importance of decentralized structures for enterprise effectiveness. Analyzed the practices of successful companies that implementing various approaches to improvement of organizational structure. Three groups parameters of the enterprise organizational structure, having an exceptional influence the formation a stable and long-term employee's self-development motivation are identify.
