Abstract
For today in business is growing interest in the use of methods of teamwork. Team work methods can bring great help organizations in solving complex problems. This article reviews the methods 8D, because the method is one of such methods of teamwork. The article analyzes all the stages of the methodology disclosed its essence and presents use advantages.
