Abstract
Annotation: In the article we study the organization experience of control and development of quality management system at the university. We determined the basic stages and trends of forming key processes of the quality management system at Tula State Lev Tolstoy Pedagogical University, and there are some recommendations on upgrading of documentation maintenance of management system quality at the university.
