Abstract
The article describes practical application of lean manufacturing concept in industrial enterprise. It is dealt with measures carried out at enterprises of aircraft engineering complex JSC Aviastar-SP, especially: application and implementation of dynamic improvements, construction of “spaghetti” diagrams, information sharing and human resource training.
