Abstract
In this paper we consider the interaction regions in the field of labour migration. For example, analyzes the situation of the labour market in the Republic of Bashkortostan. Examines the basic mechanisms of control of labour migration and the challenges facing the region. In the end it will feature some form of counteracting the negative impact of labour migration.
