CONFLICTS IN THE WORKPLACE, CAUSES OF CONFLICT AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION

Abstract
This article is devoted to the theory of conflicts in the organization. Understand Types of conflict, conflict resolution, behavioral strategies of opponents are considered. This theory helps to achieve positive effects after conflict resolution. Also in this article we define the most appropriate ways to eliminate contradictions for most types of conflicts.
