Abstract
In this article it is necessary to consider motivational problems of international management, affecting many companies in today's reality. Because the problem is an international one, in connection with the multi-nationality of the personnel it is considered more complex and multifactorial, rather than the usual motivation management, which is carried out only in one country. To find the solution of the main problem, should examine all aspects of this topic.
