STRATEGY OF LEADERSHIP IN RUSSIAN COMPANIES

Abstract
In this work raises the problem of leadership as a main mechanism of regulation of a company on examples of Russian organizations. Also outlines the key concepts relating to leadership and presented data and results of the survey about the qualities of a leader. Particular attention is given to the identification and description of the major strategies of leadership in Russia. Were also highlighted situational approaches and theories of leadership in general.
