Abstract
In the context of global changes in the global and domestic economy significantly changes the role of man in the production activity and the innovation chain originating from the development and justification of a creative or innovative idea to the development and practical testing of the finished product innovation.
The article reveals the main causes of inefficient construction of the Economics of innovation and low innovation activity staff. Contents of the economic category of "innovative labor potential of the enterprise". Reflects the stages of its formation age periods and stages of formation of innovative labour potential of the enterprise.
