Abstract
Individual human capital plays an important role in the economic activities of the organization. Human capital at the individual, organizational and regional levels may be interrelated factors affecting the regional economy and the business processes of the region. The diversity of human capital increases the level of entrepreneurial activity in the region through individual and aggregate properties. Elasticity diversity of human capital increases economic activity in the region.
