Abstract
Analyzes the transformation of the external conditions of formation of Agrarian Policy in Russia. Russia's WTO accession takes place against the background of the development of regional integration processes in the Post-Soviet Space. The author concludes that the contradictions in the Russian Agrarian Policy are the result of the contradictory development of the modern world economy.
