Abstract
To date, the impact of price factors on the competitiveness of the banks weakens due to the fact that banking institutions offer a wide range of similar services that are almost indistinguishable from each other at a cost.
Thus, one of the most important factors of competitiveness of the commercial bank in the market is the quality of tinning customers. For planning the number of specialists, evaluation and optimization of the quality of the customer service you can use the methods of queuing theory.
