DEVELOPING STRATEGIES AND COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES ON THE EXAMPLE OF A MOBILE CAR WASH SERVICE

Abstract
This paper discusses the processes such as the development of strategies and competitive advantages by creating a mobile car wash business. Also in the paper will present an analysis of the competitive environment to identify benefits. During the work, will be disclosed such questions as whether the study of competitive advantage, and strategy of the business relevant and in demand today? Who needs this kind of service and what to offer? What companies need to do business (the machine, the device for washing, cleaning agents)?
