COMMUNICATION TOOLS, AIMED TO BUILD EFFECTIVE MOTIVATION

Abstract
The study focuses on the communication process in order to find effective motivation models for employees. It proved the hypothesis that without contact any organization collapses since the "bottom" and the "top" must interact, and employees need incentives to work more efficiently. It was also established that communication plays a pivotal role in organizations of all levels.
