Abstract
In this paper seeks to review the model for William Ouchi analysis control system as an example of a modern company. The analysis will be presented to the main tasks, key characteristics and processes that describe the system of this model. Also, when analyzing this, the famous concept of the organization will be examined seven variables of organizational culture, which in the end will show why this model is quite successful and productive.
