ANALYSIS OF THE INTERNAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE COMMERCIAL ORGANIZATION BASED ON THE 7C MODEL

Abstract
This article was reviewed by the internal structure of the commercial organization based on the 7C MODEL. Author of set the doal to analyze the internal environment of the organization by using this model and bring some results, which would show – is it’s using effective for a given parsing or not. The study found that the 7C model is useful for the analysis of the internal environment of the company , reveals its main provisions , the main pros and cons, but can not fully reflect all aspects and subtleties, as it consists only of the main parameters.
