Abstract
In this work scientific work different theories of life cycle is viewed, for example models by Adizes and Greiner. Also their practical use is covered. Researches of these theories can help to find the main problems in organizations and to make a successful strategy of develop of organization. This work will be interest for scientists and businessmen in Russia, especially in unstable economic situation in the country.
