THE ANALYSIS OF THE CONTROL FUNCTION IN MANAGEMENT BY THE EXAMPLE OF EDITORIAL BUSINESS

Abstract
The paper contemplates the analysis of the control function in management, which was explored by the example of editorial business. The hypothesis about the differences of control systems in magazines' editions because of their subjects, formats or scales was disproved. The empiric base of research consists of interviews of two popular Russian magazines’ edition staff. The research is actually conditioned by the intense competition between the printed editions and the Internet.
