THE ANALYSIS OF THE FUNCTION OF MOTIVATION IN RUSSIAN BANKS

Abstract
This article is about the most used tangible and intangible forms of motivation in Russian banks. The adapted for banking practice scientific theories of motivation are considered. The examples of actual motivation systems of employees of the banking system are provided. Particular attention is paid to promoting employees in the performance of key performance indicators (KPI). During the research qualitative methods (interviews and examples of actual practice) were used.
