COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF AMERICAN AND JAPANESE MANAGEMENT

Abstract
The paper contemplates theoretical and practical basis of American and Japanese management, analyzed on the examples of modern companies. The differences between two models of management are based on the following characteristics: priorities of the organization, its structure and manpower policy. The issue of the most effective model of management is raised in the research.
