Abstract
Article is devoted to an assessment of the reasons, scales and problems of decrease in the level of employment in the Russian labor market. The analysis of level of economically active population of Russia for 2012 - 2013 is considered. The attention of youth unemployment is paid. Social and economic actions of the state in the field of employment are shown.
