Abstract
Of the variety of methods to attract investment, initial public offering is one of the most complex processes. It requires the issuing company to achieve a certain level of development of and compliance with the required criteria. With the success of the public offering of the company acquires a number of advantages, but there are also disadvantages. This article discusses some aspects and stages of the IPO.
